About Me

Life is a painting, and we are the artists. Our palettes hold all the colours of the spectrum, and we are free to use them with boldness and joy.

I see the world through the eyes of colour, each one portraying a different story, a unique expression of emotion or an inspiration. With 20 years of experience painting and exploring the language of colour, I use different colour themes in my paintings to present the viewer with a deep and captivating experience, and to connect them with a place, a memory, or a moment. From gentle hues conveying coziness, calmness and serenity, to bold radiant colours of warmth and energy.

My Gallery

Weymouth In Colour

The harbour has always been a lively hub of characteristic boats with a story to tell, colourful buildings and an array of people coming together to enjoy the fresh breeze. My paintings carry the bright flavour of the place, encouraging the viewers to be uplifted, and enjoy the moment.

Blue Coast

My oil paintings reflect the glorious and cheerful coastal spirit and radiate with bright colours and vivid detail. The enchanting blue and green hues of the sea speak of the deep and the unknown, the serene and the powerful. It calls forth those brave enough for adventure to chase our dreams beyond the horizon.

Portland Light

Portland is, without a doubt, my favourite place to paint. The striking contrast between the rocky, ochre cliffs and the deep turquoise water never fails to move me. The lighthouse, standing on an unmovable foundation, serves as a guiding light for those lost in a storm. For centuries, powerful and relentless waves have been crashing upon these rocky beaches.

Dorset Splendour

When I paint the sky during sunsets or sunrises, I like to portray the most exciting and beautiful colour contrasts. The wide medley of radiant colours that adorn the evening sky, marks the end of the passing day, yet stands as a reminder of its abundance of moments, romancing us with a warm embrace and the glow of the setting sun.
